Do I need special hardware to use vDesk?
No. vDesk works on Android, Apple, and Desktop, allowing you to make and receive calls from your smartphone, tablet, or computer without needing a physical desk phone.
Can I use my existing business number with vDesk?
Yes! You can port your existing Australian business landline or 13-1300-1800 number to vDesk, ensuring continuity for your customers and brand. Just let us know if you want to bring your own number and we can get the porting process started for you.

How much does vDesk cost?
Our pricing is designed to be affordable and scalable. Monthly charges are calculated per user and includes unlimited calls to Australian landline and mobile numbers, with a fixed fee of 35c per call to 13-1300-1800 numbers. Contact us for customised pricing tailored to your business needs.
Are there any setup fees?
Yes, vDesk has a once off $150.00 + GST set up and connection fee. This fee covers the support provided during set up and onboarding. This price may vary for bigger and more complex installations.

Yes, providing you have a strong and stable internet connection, you can make calls on the vDesk phone with an Australian Caller ID and still have unlimited phone calls to Australian landline and mobile numbers.
